Three  years ago in 5^th grade we had a hard time. In the beginning of  fifth grade our friends Ashley and Kaitlyn had fights every day, it was weird they were mad at lunch but friends by the end of the day. In March we threw Ashley a surprise party. We thought it would be great. It ended up being a catastrophe. I (Rose) was sick the last week so I could only stay for a couple hours while everybody else spent the night at Melinda’s house (where we threw the party). Kaitlyn started to cry and everything went down hill from there. Soon Melinda, Ashley and I (Eleana) decided to move into Melinda’s sisters room. Ashley wouldn’t forgive her for ruining her party. So Kaitlyn asked Melinda if she could talk to her and Ashley said, "you are going to appologize to her first that's what you always do". So Melinda and Kaitlyn were best buds and completely ignored us when they came back and went to Melinda’s room. Soon after Jennifer came in and wanted to go to sleep so we tried to go to sleep, but Melinda, Kaitlyn and Erin kept coming in and taking tissues because there was a lot of crying going on. Soon everyone was crying and soon Ashley and I (Eleana) left. The next Monday at school everyone was mad at each other and that’s when things got ugly. Later we all expected Ashley and Kaitlyn to make up at the end of the day, but at the end of the day Kaitlyn blew up at Ashley. Ashley went home crying. For the rest of the week she went home crying because she was so upset. Soon Ashley’s mom got into it because she was sick of Ashley coming home crying. So Ashley’s mom talked to Kaitlyn’s mom , Ashley’s mom told Kaitlyn’s mom what happened and Kaitlyn’s mom said, " well I will have to talk to her ” . Still to this day were still in a fight and avoid each other when the other is near. The point is you should really know who your true friends are.
